LONG COATED AKITAS ( Pictured a long coat at 6 weeks)
Long coated Akitas are sometimes born in a litter of pups. It is a recessive gene that pops up.
Although you can't show a long coated Akita, they make ideal family companions.
They do not shed more than a normal coated Akita, however a little xtra care in there coat is
required to keep it in excellent condition.
If you are interested in a long coat Akita, Please let us know as sometimes in a litter we may get one or two longcoats.
